J. Dutta & Co. provides replacement or refunds only for manufacturing defects.

In case of manufacturing defect, please send a good quality image of the product to info@jdutta.com with subject of the email as "Online Purchase Issue" within 2 days of receipt of goods.

 

If our team confirms the issue as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as mutually agreed with buyer.
